The newly introduced policies focus on seven key aspects with a total of 22 specific supportive initiatives. This includes providing zero-rent office spaces up to 500 square meters for qualifying enterprises and teams, offering up to 5 million yuan in startup funding, and providing two-year rent-free accommodations for talents. Special incentives are also available for ASEAN-based enterprises and teams. In terms of financial backing,南宁 has set up a 5 billion yuan AI industry fund and offers significant tax benefits.
